Introducing the TGT Model PROV-50, Compressed Natural Gas Dispenser Accuracy Prover This dispenser prover is designed to eliminate the need to use a calibrated scale and a loose high pressure CNG vessel when carrying out a field accuracy and calibration test. Field testing can now use the flow-through method which makes the process safer than using scales. You will no longer have to discharge the calibrated gas to a safe area or have to deal with unstrapped high pressure vessels. We have super calibrated a Micro Motion CNG50 mass flow meter to specs needed to prove the accuracy of a CNG dispenser, then we packaged it so it is transportable to the CNG station - not requiring any outside power supply. The PROV-CNG50 is powered by 24vdc sealed batteries that can be recharged using voltage 24VDC.The caring case that will make transportation very easy with the built in retractable handle. The weight is less than 60kg.The PROV-CNG50 can check the accuracy of a light duty vehicle dispenser to a transit bus dispenser at pressures up to 5000 PSI ( 345 BAR).
